Information We Collect

We may collect personal data that you provide through the contact form or by email, including your name, company, professional contact details and the information contained in your enquiry.

We may also process limited technical information required for the security and operation of the website, including IP address, device information, browser information and server logs.

Prudentia Advisory does not currently use an optional audience measurement or advertising tool on this website.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Personal data may be processed to:

  • Respond to enquiries and communicate with prospective clients or professional counterparties.
  • Assess potential conflicts, independence and capacity.
  • Prepare or perform an engagement where requested.
  • Protect the security and proper functioning of the website.
  • Comply with legal and professional obligations.

Processing is based, as applicable, on steps taken at your request before entering into an engagement, performance of an engagement, compliance with legal obligations and Prudentia Advisory’s legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries and protecting its systems.

Recipients and Service Providers

Personal data is accessible only to persons who require it for the relevant purpose and to service providers supporting the secure operation of the website, email and professional systems.

The website and contact form are provided through Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium. Odoo may use authorised infrastructure and technical service providers for hosting, backups, security and transactional email delivery.

Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law, a court or a competent authority.

International Transfers

Odoo S.A. and its authorised service providers may process or permit limited access to data from different countries as part of the operation, security and support of its cloud services.

Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be used where required by applicable data protection law, including contractual protections or another recognised transfer mechanism.

Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal, professional and record keeping obligations.

Where an enquiry does not result in an engagement, the related contact information will ordinarily be deleted or anonymised within twenty four months unless a longer period is justified by an ongoing professional relationship, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or objection to processing.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Requests may be sent to prudentia_advisory@outlook.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg Commission nationale pour la protection des données.

The website uses technical cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for its operation, security, language selection and session management.

Prudentia Advisory does not currently install optional analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, the Privacy Notice and the applicable consent mechanism will be updated before those cookies are used.

Information about the Odoo platform’s processing and authorised service providers is available in the Odoo Privacy Policy.
